Hamish Williamson & Devon Holland who made it into our Regional Team (Eastern) at the School Nationals and came 3rd over NZ regions after a shoot off.
Both boys were in individual shoot offs & they were placed in top 10 scores out of 315 kids shooting over 2 days.
Devon also won points score HOA.


Ryan Crapp was HOA at the 2016 North Island Secondary School DTL Championship. 
Also placed 1st Single Rise and 2nd Points Score Island Championships. 
The day before he also placed 3rd overall for the Hamilton Boys High School Shoot from a field of 42 squads both days.
Tauranga Boys College boys did well too there - 2nd in teams for Hamilton boys school shoot, 3rd in teams for Nth Island schools shoot, 1st in Super 8 shoot off, Hamish was 3rd in Single rise North Island champs, Brady was 2nd in single rise Nortth Island champs.  

Tom Woodd shot 89/90 for the day and was Equal HOA for the day,Hemi Pearce was 4th overall with 87/90 and Brady Anderson was 10th overall on 85/90 in a feild of 125 shooters.
10 September 2015 28 squads of Secondary School shooters competed at the grounds.

Katikati College Team feature in the BOP Times....BOP Times Article

Last year, Tauranga Boys' College won a record sixth straight Super Eight competition and now young shooters from Katikati College are making their mark on the technically demanding sport.
Darling's success follows an outstanding 2012, when in his first year of clay target competition he won the South Island championships high gun division, with a score of 88/90.
"It is really good for the school. We have lots of young Year 7 and 8 students who are interested but, of course, they can't compete yet and are too small to hold the guns.

This result shows the dedication and commitment not only of the shooters but also their coaches and managers over the years.  Tauranga Boys College have been very fortunate to have coaches of such high calibre and this has been reflected by the successes of the teams and individuals over the years.
